We just wanted to thank you and your team very much for today. It was great to see you all, and to meet the other publishers, and you looked after us so well.  We found each session very informative, and the tour of the warehouse certainly helped to bring everything to life and inspire us… we’re now going to get to work on prints, wrapping paper and Christmas collections – tell Phil to brace himself! Many thanks once again

Just a quick email to thank you and all your colleagues for a great day yesterday. It was incredibly helpful both putting faces to names but also to see the processes that each order goes through but frankly I found the various conversations I had the most valuable of all. Since I don’t have his email address I’d be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to Adam for both the time that he’s put in to this and his very generous hospitality – aside from developing and promoting ICSimplicity the lunchtime Coronation Chicken was to die for! As you know, I’m not the type to tease so lastly I’d like to say straight-faced that it was a pleasure to finally meet you face-to-face and thank you for all your help and not least the invitation to a really pleasant and helpful day.

It was so nice to put a face to your name at the seminar yesterday. It was such a great day. Lovely  to meet everyone, you were all so nice, friendly and helpful. I really learned so much about all the systems and processes. Now I feel very confident that your team can meet all my needs for this new publishing venture now matter how small it starts or how big it gets in the future! 

We found the Inpress day highly interesting and valuable, and all the staff involved were so warm, welcoming and helpful. The catering was also highly impressive.  Now that we better understand your systems and ordering options, we feel better prepared for deciding the way forward and will be in touch again soon with our orders.  The additional input from outside agencies in the greetings card industry was also enlightening and encouraging.  Seeing the publishing process in action and meeting you and your team definitely gives us more confidence and you can look forward to our pesky enquiries soon!   With thanks again to you all and our best wishes.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much we value Phil as our account person. He has helped us grow to where we are today and is currently helping us further as we look to move into the US. Even when we were placing small and infrequent orders he treated us with the same level of service and enthusiasm. He is always super keen to help, honest and candid. Phil makes our relationship with the IC feel like a partnership rather than supplier/customer. It’s because of this we are happy to recommend you guys whenever the opportunity arises. Just wanted to let you know this as he’s a cracking ambassador for the company.
