Just a quick email to thank you and all your colleagues for a great day yesterday.
It was incredibly helpful both putting faces to names but also to see the processes that each order goes through but frankly I found the various conversations I had the most valuable of all.
Since I don’t have his email address I’d be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to Adam for both the time that he’s put in to this and his very generous hospitality – aside from developing and promoting ICSimplicity the lunchtime Coronation Chicken was to die for!
As you know, I’m not the type to tease so lastly I’d like to say straight-faced that it was a pleasure to finally meet you face-to-face and thank you for all your help and not least the invitation to a really pleasant and helpful day.
