Die Cut
Die cutting is the process that cuts out non-square shapes from cards using a die cutter. A die cutter is a wooden block which has blades bent to the required design housed in the surface of the wood.
Emboss
A process of creating a three-dimensional image or design in card using a metal die stamp. In layman’s terms embossing pushes up the image in the board so that it is raised from the surface and can be felt to the touch. Debossing does the opposite and pushes down the image.
Neon Ink
Both our Indigo digital presses are able to print dayglo neon pink, orange and yellow ink onto coloured or recycled board for an additional hit of colour.
White Ink

Digi-Foil
It is now possible to foil your cards without the additional cost of a die block. Base colours of either silver or gold are then overprinted with your artwork creating unlimited colour foil effects.
Hot-Foiling
A traditional method of achieving a foiled finish in a variety of colours. A metal die is stamped onto the foil, making it adhere to the surface of the card. Foils are available in a variety of finishes, including metallic, gloss, matt and satin.
