At The Imaging Centre, our people are the heart of everything we do.

From our friendly Customer Service team and sharp-eyed Systems and Accounts teams, to the skilled experts in Production, Warehousing, Fulfilment and of course, our dedicated Night Crew. Each member plays a vital role in making things run smoothly. It’s their hard work, talent, and passion that keep us delivering top-quality results day in, day out.

Quite simply, The Imaging Centre wouldn’t be the same without them.

No question is too small (or too silly—we’ve heard them all!), and our mission is simple: to help you achieve your creative ambitions, whatever it takes.

Thanks to our smart automated systems, our team can give you the time, attention, and support your business truly deserves. We also love meeting our customers, so whether you’re local or fancy a trip to the sunny south coast, come visit us and see how your cards are made—we’ll pop the kettle on… and yes, there’s always cake.

To keep everything running like a well-oiled (and super speedy) machine, we’ve got our brilliant Systems Team led by the one and only Stuart, our Systems Manager. Alongside Katie who’s been with The Imaging Centre since day one, and the ever-awesome Tori and Anna, this team makes sure your only job is placing the order.

From there, our clever system takes over, zipping your files straight into production in the most streamlined, stress-free way possible. Fast, efficient, and fuss-free just how we like it!

The heartbeat of our finance department, Donna is the numbers whizz who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing day-to-day accounts to overseeing all things finance, she ensures every figure adds up. With her sharp eye for detail and unwavering dedication, Donna plays a key role in supporting both our team and our customers. We’d be lost without her!

Also in our Accounts Team is the lovely Jill who is our new bookkeeper. Her organised approach and calm nature make her a fantastic addition to the team, and we’re excited to have her on board.

Production and Operations

Alan is the Production and Operations Manager at The Imaging Centre, heading up Production, Warehousing, and Fulfilment. Known for his calm nature, he handles pressure with ease while maintaining a fantastic eye for detail. Beyond the processes and logistics, Alan takes real pride in growing and developing people, ensuring the team not only performs at its best but also continues to learn and thrive.

Behind every perfectly printed card is our brilliant Production Team, where quality and precision are the name of the game. On the presses, we’ve got Andrew and David, print pros with over 40 years of experience between them, supported by the ever-efficient Jasmine. In Finishing, it’s all about the fine details – Terry and Ben lead the charge with a laser focus on perfection, backed up by the talented Gina, Amy, Fred and Danielle.

Together, they make sure your cards don’t just look good – they’re delivered on time and finished to absolute perfection!

Warehousing and Fulfilment

Once your cards are beautifully printed and finished, it’s over to our Fulfilment & Warehousing dream team to get them where they need to go – packed perfectly and just the way you want them. Leading the charge is Gemma, with the support of Amanda, Sam, James, Tiler, Amy Kate, Andy and Sally. Chris, our Warehouse assistant, ensures that everything is kept in order and your orders flow through the building as efficiently as possible.

To keep up with all your lovely orders and speed up turnaround times, we’ve introduced our amazing Night Shift Team – because creativity doesn’t sleep, and now, neither do we (well, some of us!). Led by the super-skilled Maria, who brings experience in both print and finishing, this hardworking crew keep the presses rolling, the finishing machines buzzing, and your orders flowing right through the night. It’s all part of our mission to get your cards to you faster, without compromising on that all-important quality.
